I found your step by step directions absolutely wonderful! Seems my middle screw required a star key, but I used my Philips screwdriver to boar out the screw just enough to where i could use a small Allen wrench. I removed the top layer and blew on the small rubber buttons underneath. I suppose there was a bit of dirt or lent interfering with the button. It works perfectly now!! Thank you so much!
