There is accountability and ambiguity. ISLA was founded to help fill a need for managers. It has since evolved into a place to develop and cultivate a leadership mindset and prepare our associates to take on more complex roles.

Accelerate Leadership Program Our primary leadership development curriculum, the Accelerate Leadership Program includes coaching, assessments, accountability software, and courses, as well as numerous tips and tools to help participants along the way.

The Certificate in Executive Leadership is an 8-month program designed to equip executive-level leaders. Coursework combines on-site and online teaching in six core areas required for leadership excellence. This is your chance to strengthen skills such as finance, marketing, and management in a convenient, accelerated format. Program graduates receive a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Omaha Leaders and may apply 3 academic credits to a business degree program at Creighton.

If you're among our city's business, non-profit, or ministry leaders, this program is for you. Program classes and concepts help you apply biblical principles to real-world leadership scenarios.
